We are excited to offer La Plantation’s Salted Kampot Peppercorns. Picked before they have ripened, the green peppercorns are covered in salt and ferment as they dry. The result is a salty, crispy, peppery bite, like a spicy caper. Do not cook or grind these peppercorns. Rather finish dishes with a garnish of the peppercorns. We like to sprinkle them on top of creamy alfredo, pair with nutty cheese and honey, or add to rich chocolate desserts.
