Fleur de Sel, the "Flower of Salt," comes from the Guérande Salt Marshes, where salt harvesters carefully skim the surface of the water to only grab the top layer of salt. The result is a delicate mineral salt perfect for finishing a variety of dishes.
Available in bulk by weight or in prepacked containers. Bulk orders are packed into one bag unless otherwise requested.
