This sea salt combines with activated charcoal, a digestive aid, and will add crunch, color, and a bit of smokiness to your next dish. Use as a finishing salt to keep that pop of color as the salt will dissolve in the cooking process. It works wells on grilled meats and vegetables, particularly corn or can be sprinkled on raw vegetable salads like a caprese.
