Mature leaves are picked and dried in the sun for this oolong which owes its green color to being less oxidized than other oolongs. This tea is smooth and full bodied with a grassy sweet flavor with toasty and floral notes.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at 180-190°F for 3-4 minutes. 3-4 infusions.
1 oz makes approximately 10 cups.
