White Porcelain Aroma Set

Use this aroma set when brewing tea Gongfu style to fully experience the aroma and flavor of the tea.

Fill both cups with hot water and pour out.

Pour tea into the tall aroma cup. Place shorter sipping cup over it. Turn the cups so that the aroma cup is on top. Slowly remove the aroma cup, as the steam and fragrance are trapped into the aroma cup. Inhale from the aroma cup, rolling it between your hands, and smell the depth of the flavor before sipping the tea.
