This Darjeeling comes from the Okayti Estate, one of the oldest tea estates in Darjeeling, operating since 1888. Because of its location in eastern Darjeeling and the age of the plants, this Darjeeling brews a flowery tea, with white grape notes and a dry aftertaste.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at 200°F for 3-5 minutes. 3-4 infusions.
