Dosa Class - this time with rasam!

Join Angi Sivakumar and learn how to make your own masala dosa from start to finish. She will walk you through the process of fermenting the dosa batter, which is normally a multi-day process. Then we'll learn how to make chutneys, sambar, and filling for the dosa before everyone tries their hand at flipping their own. The lesson will be rounded out with rasam and other South Indian snacks.
