Quatre Épices

Quatre Épices is an all purpose French spice blend used to season anything from Pâté and terrines to soup and vegetables. Quatre Épices can have some variation in which four spices it is made of and can even contain more than four spices. We decided to round out the heat of white pepper with warm spices like clove. Use in both savory dishes like cream sauces and sweet like fruit desserts.
