Paprika, Organic

Paprika is made from ground Spanish chiles and pairs well with rosemary, thyme, saffron, caraway seeds, and cinnamon. The mild pepper is great to dust onto deviled eggs or cook with black beans. The spice develops in complexity the longer it sits over heat and is great to add to soffritos or mirepoix at the beginning of cooking. We used this paprika in Fideuà.
