Chaat Masala

Chaat Masala is aptly named - its savory, smokey, and tangy flavor is a great addition to any snacks. Sprinkle on top of potatoes, raw vegetables or fruits, bhel puri, or your next Bombay sandwich. Chaat Masala gets its signature flavor from Amchur, sour mango powder, and Kala Namak, the sulfurous black salt.
