Chai Masala is the blend of spices (masala) added to black tea (chai) to make a traditional cup of Indian Masala Chai. Adding just 1/4 teaspoon to your cup of tea will create a spicy and sweet treat any time of day. Not a tea drinker? Try adding to your coffee grounds before brewing or use in desserts in place of pumpkin or apple spice for a new spin on old favorites. The floral cardamom and hot ginger pair well with peaches, berries, apples, and caramel.
