Figs, Freeze Dried

Our freeze dried figs can be broken into pieces and steeped for a fruity tea, ground into a powder to add a punch of flavor to cakes, or eaten as is for a snack. Try combining with fresh or dried figs in fruit cakes or sprinkle on top of cookies and cheeses to add a sweet, crunchy finish.
