Herati Saffron

This Herati Persian Saffron is a single origin saffron, cultivated in the dessert of Herat, Afghanistan near the Iranian border. It has a delicate flavor with a warm, honeyed fragrance reminiscent of dried roses and fresh hay. Use to flavor desserts, rice dishes, and teas.
