Hunza raisins have a rich flavor and unique dusty green color. They can be used in sweet or savory concoctions. Sprinkle on raw, add to braising liquids, stir into batters, or stow some away for a snack later. For us, the best rice dishes always have a few raisins added in with water so that they create plump bursts of sweetness in the spiciest of dishes.

Items ordered by ounces or pounds are packed into one bulk bag. For example, if you order 5 ounces of peppercorns, you will receive one bag with 5 ounces of peppercorns inside. If you would like individual 1 oz bags, please add a note to your order at check out. All of our zipper bags can be composted at home.
