Japanese Spice Set

Our Japanese Spice Set includes our small batch blends of citrus spicy Shichimi Togarashi, salty and nutty Goma Shio, and savory Furikake. Along with Tokyo Negi Scallions, Sansho Pepper, and Culinary Matcha, this is a great set for anyone venturing into Japanese cuisines. 

Please note - Goma Shio, Shichimi Togarashi, and Furikake contain sesame seeds. Furikake contains fish flakes. 

Each spice comes in a cork topped glass bottle and the set is stored in a window tin. Inside each set is a description of each of the spices and suggestions on how to use them.
