Drumstick Lemongrass (Sả Đùi Gà) refers to the wide bottom of the lemongrass stalk typically used for cooking. Use when you cannot find fresh lemongrass to make Tom Kha Gai, curry, fish dishes, and rice to add that sweet, citrus flavor. Or sprinkle on popcorn with a bit of chile powder.
