Piri Piri

Piri is Swahili for pepper and is used to describe both a type of pepper and a spice blend, hailing from Africa or Portugal. Piri piri blends can vary from region to region - ours combines bird’s eye chiles with smoked paprika, black pepper, and lemon peel. Try roasting piri piri chicken or dusting on french fries. Blend with olive oil to make a sauce to slather on everything.
