Tunisian Style Lemons in Olive Oil

A collaboration between Le Bon Margot and La Boîte, these preserved lemons get their pungent and spiced flavor from Israeli olive oil, Harissa, and grey salt. Use in tagines with briny green olives, to flavor couscous, tossed into salads of raw or roasted vegetables, or just snack on them as a part of a mezze spread.
