Simple Syrup Workshop

Join us for a simple syrup workshop! Making the syrup may be simple but choosing which sugars and flavors to try isn't. We'll start the workshop by talking about the different types of sugars and their flavors, how to infuse syrups with herbs, spices, and flowers, and the different ways you can use simple syrups to create drinks and dishes. We will also demonstrate how to make a sparking version of your favorite teas. 

Then, each participant will create their own custom simple syrup to take home. 

Which will you choose?
A smoked sugar syrup with lime and chiles for margaritas? 
An Earl Grey syrup with orange and ginger? 
A date simple syrup with hibiscus for desserts? 
A mock gin with a juniper berry syrup? It's up to you!
