Spice Blending 101: Garam Masala

Our first spice blending class will focus on Garam Masala. Students will learn about the variations of this spice blend and its basic building blocks. We'll go through toasting and grinding the spices and sampling different ways to use Garam Masala. Each student will take away some of the spice blend and a recipe to use at home.
