Alaea Sea Salt

Alaea sea salt is not processed so it retains its minerals, including Alae, a red volcanic clay. The clay give the salt its color, seals in moisture, and imparts an earthy flavor. Use as table salt or for rubs while roasting or grilling meat or season poke.
