Angelica root, Angelica archangelica, contains a number of minerals and vitamins including vitamins B12, fructose, glucose, magnesium, iron, potassium, thiamin, sucrose, and zinc. Angelica has a sweet vegetal aroma, similar to carrots and can be steeped as a tea or used to flavor liqueurs and spirits.
Not to be used during pregnancy.
