Awase Dashi Kit

It's always soup season! Lay the base for flavorful miso soups, ramens, and consommés with our Awase Dashi kit. Awase indicates that two ingredients are combined for this soup base - in this case we combined kombu with bonito flakes. Make warm or ahead by cold brewing the kombu. Add a handful of dried shiitake mushrooms or even freeze in an ice cube tray to always have dashi on hand.
