This tea has a limited harvest, only picked by hand for 2-3 days each spring. The unopened leaf buds are immediately dried with little processing, resulting in a clean and green brew, light on tannins and with some floral notes.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz at 160 to 170 F for 2 -3 minutes. Multiple infusions.
1 oz makes approximately 20 cups. Square tins hold approximately 15 cups of tea.
