Black sesame seeds have a richer nuttier flavor than hulled sesame seeds. They can be used similarly to top breads, noodles, rice, and stir fries. Combine with white sesame or lightly toast the seeds to bring out their flavor. Crust fish or combine with honey to coat nuts and pretzels. Toss with root vegetables before roasting or flavor salad dressings.
