Chipotle Peppers are smoked, dried jalapenos and have the same amount of heat as a fresh green jalapeno. The powder has a fruity, smokey flavor and pairs well with lime and lemon. You can find chipotle peppers in adobo sauces, barbecue rubs, and bean dishes. Try spicing up a lemonade or a Michelada. Add to slow cooked pork or chicken with tomatoes and onions. Add to aioli for a smokey condiment for yucca fries.
