Ready to learn more about spices and how to cook with them? Join us for our newest workshop - Cooking with Spices. In this class, we'll talk about the differences between using whole and ground spices, and how and why we toast and bloom spices, all through the lens of cumin.
We'll demonstrate a number of quick dishes that demonstrate each technique and how they can be used to add more flavor to your cooking. No need for lengthy recipes or measurements, we will focus on teaching to use your senses to cook much like how we learned. Which is admittedly annoying at first but it works.
Dishes are vegetarian - please let us know if you are vegan or have any allergies.
