Cyprus sea salt is harvested from the Mediterranean sea surrounding Cyprus through solar evaporation, a process that can take up to two years. The water is channeled into a series of shallower bodies and then finally into heated pans until mounds of the salt appear. Use as a finishing salt for your dishes for a great crunch and burst of flavor. This salt works well with desserts; trying sprinkling over a caramel sauce.
Available in bulk by weight or in prepacked containers. Bulk orders are packed into one bag unless otherwise requested.

If you would like individual 1 oz bags, please add a note to your order at check out. All of our zipper bags can be composted at home.
