This tea hails from the Wuyi Mountains in the Fuijan Province. It grows in the rocky area and the high mineral content in the soil give the tea its full bodied roasted with sweet notes.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8-12 oz of water at 180°F for 2-3 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 25 cups.
