DIY Chai Class

Ready to make your own chai at home? Crafting a cup of chai is as much about the ingredients you use as it is the method of making it. In this class, we'll talk through how chai can differ from region to region, even family member to family member. We'll explore (and taste) a few different flavor profiles of chai. Finally, we'll walk through the process of making chai at home. No concentrates here. Each student will take home a sample of chai to make at home.
