This blend started out as a tisane and was meant to be an after dinner drink. Fennel is a great digestive, and coriander and rosemary add a slightly minty flavor for a soothing cup of tea after a big meal. While we still suggest as a tisane, it also works great as an ingredient in those big meals. Slather a pork loin in mustard and crust it with Fennel Rosemary, add to bread or pizza crusts, flavor roasted vegetables, spice up your next batch of meatballs. The possibilities are endless, so you may need to have a cup of tea afterwards.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz of boiling water for 3-7 minutes.
