A mix of Kenyan green tea and Japanese Sencha, this tea is high in antioxidants, seemingly resulting from the high altitudes in which the tea is grown. The resulting direct sunlight and clean air boosts photosynthesis, which may account for the high levels of antioxidants.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 7-9 oz of water at 160 - 185°F for 1- 3 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 20 cups. Square tins will make approximately 15 cups.
