A non-roasted green version of Kukicha, this Green Kukicha, or Senkukicha, is made from the veins of tea leaves that eventually become Sencha. It produces a cup with notes of fresh cut grass and steamed rice.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at 160F for 1.5 - 2 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 20 cups.
