This green tea has depth, body, and a pleasant lingering finish.
Early in its season, bamboo and straw are used to shade the tea leaves. Buds are then picked a few weeks after the shading is removed.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 7-9 oz of water at 160F for 3-4 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 15 cups.
