A CTC - cut, tear, curl - tea from Kenya. This type of tea can withstand boiling which lends itself to being the base for spiced or flavored teas. It has a very malty flavor with hints of currant and becomes bright and golden when combined with milk.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 7-9 oz of boiling water for 2-5 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 15 cups.
