This Paprika comes from Spanish Nora chiles. Every step of making this paprika is done by hand and closely monitored. When the chiles turn red, they are hand picked and smoked in small batches for over two weeks. They are flipped by hand and cold smoked over oak wood, as required for the paprika to be called La Vera. The end result is a slightly hot, smokey and complex spice. Use in paellas, shashuka and egg dishes, and flavored butters.
