Mature tea leaves are gently smoked over a wood fire, making a tea great for the seasoned or adventurous tea drinker. It brews a cup that is smooth and complex, with earthy, bonfire notes. Add milk or cream for a more mellow flavor or try adding lemon or a little sweetener.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at 190 to 210°F for 2-4 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 20 cups.
