Lavender has a stronger floral, grassy flavor with less bitterness which makes it great for culinary purposes. Try combining with black teas or sour fruit citrus for a tisane. Infuse honey or jams. Add to shortbread or custards or its own or grind together with sugar to create crusts on baked goods.

If you would like individual 1 oz bags, please add a note to your order at check out. All of our zipper bags can be composted at home.
