Lemon Verbena, Organic

Lemon Verbena has all the citrus flavor of lemon without its acidity. The herb pairs well with mint and can be a great addition to cocktails for mojitos or a minty hot toddy. The pairing of mint can carry over to savory, too, particularly with fatty meats and game. Add to mint chutney or a yogurt based sauce for lamb. Combine with spices that have a sweetness to them like cardamom, fennel, or pink peppercorn. Brew a cup for a soothing tisane, ice it for an herbaceous lemonade, or make a new sorbet flavor.
