Lover’s Leap comes from a single tea estate in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka and is characterized by its lively astringency. This quality tea benefits from growing in high elevation and drier conditions with cool nights and bright, sunny days. It brews a bright cup with floral notes and makes for a good after dinner tea and takes milk and sugar well.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at 185-200°F for 3-5 minutes.
