
Matcha is a green tea produced from shade grown tea leaves and milled into a fine powder. This matcha is culinary grade, a high quality tea with a slightly different flavor than ceremonial matcha. This will brew a robust, slightly less sweet brew with bitter notes. Try iced, hot, with milk, or in a smoothie.
Contemporary brewing: Brew 1 tsp per 6 oz of water at 175-180° F for 2-4 minutes. Strain and serve.
