Matcha Workshop

Sign up for our matcha workshop and learn more about this popular tea. 

In this workshop, we will learn how matcha is processed, the different tools for making matcha, and the different ways to drink matcha. 

We will demonstrate how to make usucha and koicha, as well as two different ways to make every day matcha. 

Participants will then get to choose a method and practice making a cup of matcha themselves, choosing from one of our four varieties of matcha.

Finally, we will demonstrate the different ways to add flavors to matcha. 

Each participant will take home a matcha whisk. 

We send out a reminder email about the class a few days before. It will include information on parking, our shop location, and the entrance to our workshop area. You will not use the normal shop entrance so make sure the check your email before the class.
