
This tea grows on the high elevation of the Nilgiri or Blue Mountains of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Highly elevated teas grow more slowly resulting in lighter, refined flavors. The tea will brew a cup that is full bodied with some fruity, woody notes.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at 190°F for 3-5 minutes. 3-4 infusions.
1 oz makes approximately 25 cups.
