Citrusy with a slight bitterness, steep orange peel on its own or flavor your own tea blend or beer. Grind with large crystals of sugar, like our Belgian Pearl Sugar, to create a citrus sweet blend perfect for topping cranberry orange muffins or sweet breads. Grind on its own to add to rubs and marinades for a bit of citrus tartness. Use in Sichuan Orange Chicken or Red Bean Soup, a sweet dessert soup.
