
Turkish oregano is a bit sweeter than its Mexican counterpart. Dried oregano works well in long simmered dishes and so makes a great addition to soups, sauces, bean dishes, lentil dishes, and marinades. They can also be sprinkled over cheeses and tomatoes or added to vinaigrettes.
