Piment d' Espelette (Ezpeletako Biperra)

Named for the region they are grown in, Espelette chiles have a fruity flavor with a slight heat. Piment d'Espellete is a staple to Basque and French cooking. Add a bit to seafood dishes, swap out for recipe that call for Paprika, add to eggs and pasta, or use it to flavor cure meats.
