Made from fuzzy white buds from old Yunnan trees, this tea is a more oxidized tea that green or other white teas. Packed before fully dried, this pu’er will ferment as it ages and like wine, improves with aging. The cup tastes like sweet wildflower honey with a light fruitiness.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp of 8-12 oz of water at 180°F for 2-3 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 25 cups.
