
Made from fuzzy white buds from old Yunnan trees, this tea is a more oxidized tea that green or other white teas. Packed before fully fried, this pu’er will ferment as it ages and like wine, improves with aging. The cup has sweet honey notes with a light fruitiness.
Brewing Suggestion: Brew 1 tsp of 8-12 oz of water at 180°F for 2-3 minutes.
1 oz makes approximately 25 cups.
