Our Pumpkin Spice chai is a collection of warm and sweet spices usually combined in pumpkin desserts - perfect for year round cups of tea. We combined Assam CTC with cracked pieces of Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, and Clove. CTC or cut, tear, curl tea is the perfect type of tea to use with large pieces of spices. You can boil CTC tea without it becoming bitter, allowing the hot water to extract the most flavor for the spices, and it pairs well with milk and sugar.
Brewing Suggestion: Add 1 tsp to 8 ounces of boiling water. Let boil for 3-5 minutes.
