This Kenyan black tea has a light vegetal and floral flavor, medium caffeine level, and a high amount of antioxidants. It gets its name from the light purple tea stems among the dark long leaves. Though it has some astringency, Ragati is best drank without milk. It takes lemon well, and the tea liquor will actually change in color, creating a pink hue.
