Our organic Rose Water is a hydrosol - the water that remains after producing an essential oil via steam distillation. The water has the same properties as an essential oil, with matter from the rose in every drop. The result is a strong rose flavor and aroma, slightly less than an essential oil but more than most rose waters that are diluted. Rose water is used in a number of cuisines - Indian, Middle Eastern, and European, in both sweet and savory dishes. You’ll find rose water in panna cottas, baklavas, and some biriyanis. You can even use the rose water as a facial spray.
